CNC Machining

With most LFAM solutions, large format 3D printing is usually just one part of the equation; enter CNC Machining. Most jobs require some sort of post-processing steps whether they are fully surface machined molds to trimming and drilling 3D printed thermoplastic composite parts. Most printed jobs end up being finished on a CNC to allow for a greater degree of accuracy and smoother finish. Aside from finishing 3D printed parts, AES also machines traditional materials, metallics and foams from block and plate, for tooling, mockups, and prototyping projects.

From thermoplastics, to metals, foams and more, we are able to select the optimal material to machine for the job based on your cost, quality and timing needs.
